SHIPPING & LOCAL DELIVERY
What are your standard processing times for orders?
All orders will be processed and begin production within 24 hours of said order being placed. If all products are in stock, said order will be packed and shipped out A.S.A.P.
How far in advance should I place my order?
For our Local Customers, we ask that you place your order at least 24 hours ahead of your designated delivery day. For long distance customers, please place your order 2-3 days in advance to account for UPS shipping times.
What is your shipping method, and are expedited options available?
For local customers, we will personally deliver your desserts as soon as your order is completed. For long distance customers, all orders are shipped via UPS Ground – at this moment we do not offer expedited shipping.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We do allow modifications & cancellations to orders as long as they are made within a 12 hour time frame of your order placement. Please contact mackenzie@breauxdoo.com if there are any questions related to order modification.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email a detailed description and pictures of the issue in question to mackenzie@breauxdoo.com and we will be sure to work together swiftly to come up with a solution!

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All long distance orders will be shipped via UPS Ground at no extra cost to you.

Areas that will receive Monday Deliveries.
Spokane Valley, Post Falls, Rathdrum, Hayden, CDA, as far south as Rockford & Harrison
Areas that will receive Tuesday Deliveries.
North Spokane, Downtown Spokane, South Hill

Airway Heights, Cheney, Medical Lake

What days do you ship out orders?
Breaüxdoo Bakery is open and shipping out orders actively Monday – Thursday from 6am to 4pm PST.
What happens if I miss my order cutoff?
We will do everything in our power to get your order to you as long as product is in stock, however with increasing order demand your delivery may be pushed to your next available delivery day.
What are the costs for Local Delivery?
We charge flat rates for Local Delivery regardless of order size. For standard delivery we charge $6.99, and for long distance deliveries we charge $14.99.
